First, you should know that this is an 6 month program (4 month intensive + 2 months continued support). You will get…

For the first 4 months, you will be responsible to watch the weekly module video on your own, review the material and complete the homework worksheet prior to the weekly call. The weekly group coaching call will cover the weekly module and material, provide a few minutes to work through material together, and time for Q&A at the end.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly group coaching calls (Q&A)

After the 4 month intensive, you will continue to execute your plan and show up for the weekly group coaching call for support. The weekly coaching call will cover - (1) quick catch up & update with team members, (2) group strategy time to support anyone struggling with obstacles/challenges/roadblocks and (3) time for Q&A at the end.

My name is Victoria DiCicco and I am a professional fitness & nutrition coach with a special interest in holistic health and womens fitness. I live in Toronto, Canada but work with clients globally!

I started WellFIT Fitness & Health Coaching in 2018, with a mission to help people find success in fitness and health by providing a simple method & practical strategies to elevate their health within the confinement of a busy lifestyle.

The holistic and integrative approach that I teach is focused on the whole being which is critical to improve overall health/well-being, fitness, and attaining quality results. After years of working in an integrative health care clinic, in a collaborative relationship with clients + other health care professionals, I quickly learned the power of an integrative approach to fitness and achieving long-term results. 

Before starting my coaching business, I had spent 10 years studying and mastering the art of coaching fitness, nutrition and health. For the first 5 years of my career, I coached clients in a gym setting as a top performer and eventually worked my way up to management. For the next 5 years, I worked as a fitness coach at one of the top health care clinics in Canada training top executives. 

Over the course of my career, most of my experience has been working with and coaching women. I’ve successfully coached many women, mainly women executives and mothers, to progressive and sustainable results in their fitness and health. 

I am very passionate about creating a new vision for women's fitness & health and I am motivated to help women reach their fitness and health goals as they age. No more obsessing about calorie counting, spending countless hours doing cardio to be as thin as possible, or feeling like you have to kill yourself in the gym just to get results.
