I started WellFIT Fitness & Health Coaching in 2018, with a mission to help people find success in fitness and health by providing a simple method & practical strategies to elevate their health within the confinement of a busy lifestyle.
The holistic and integrative approach that I teach is focused on the whole being which is critical to improve overall health/well-being, fitness, and attaining quality results.
After years of working in an integrative health care clinic, in a collaborative relationship with clients + other health care professionals, I quickly learned the power of an integrative approach to fitness and achieving long-term results.
